Whether you’re visiting for Commencement, Homecoming, family reunions, or other special occasions, this beautifully maintained house offers comfort, privacy, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

• Shared living room, dining room and kitchen with the host (light cooking only; fridge available for storing drinks and food), but the host won’t bother you

Privacy and Safety
Your host, Professor Ricardo Mendoza, a faculty member at Elon University for nearly 18 years, will stay in a separate corner of the house the whole time, ensuring your privacy and comfort. He’s happy to provide local recommendations and help with anything you may need during your stay.

For your security, the property has three outdoor security cameras (driveway, front door, back door)—no cameras inside the house. The cameras are connected to Alexa inside the house

If only one room is booked, the second room will not be rented to other guests—ensuring your stay is completely private for you and your family.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the cancellation terms below:

Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
Please contact me as soon as possible if your plans change. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
