Lease takeover for fall and spring 2025-26 (Female)

Hi! I’m looking for someone to takeover a lease in College Station apartments! The rent would be $625 a month and utilities are roughly $60 a month (Wi-Fi and power). There will be two other girls living there but you would have your own room and bathroom! Both of the girls are incredibly sweet, I’ll just be graduating in the fall! There would also be the opportunity for students going abroad in fall but back in spring. With that, I could sublease from you for the fall while you are abroad!
