Hi! I’m looking for a one bedroom, one bathroom, that is pet-friendly (one cat, he’s the best boy and you won’t even know he’s there). Rent under $850. Bonus points if it’s in College Station as that’s where I currently am. Looking for quiet and neat roommates. I am a nursing student going into my junior year and will spend a LOT of time in my room studying. Not interested in subleases unless they are for a full school year.
