Looking for lease takeover in Fall 2026 (Oak 2-Person)

Hi everyone,

My name is Ian Johnson, and I’m a current sophomore at Elon. I will be studying in Charlotte during Fall 2026 and will be away from campus, but I’ll be returning for the winter and spring terms. Because of this, my roommate Aengus and I are looking for a male junior or senior who needs housing for Fall 2026 only—ideally someone graduating in the fall or studying abroad in the winter/spring.

We plan to live in a two-person apartment in The Oaks Neighborhood, where each person has their own bedroom and bathroom, plus a spacious shared living room and kitchen.
