I am looking for someone to take over my lease for Winter and Spring 2027. There are currently four rooms available in our Oaks D apartment, as my roommates and I will all be studying abroad and will not be renewing our leases when we return.
The apartment includes:
- Four single bedrooms
- Two bathrooms
- Common room
- Full Kitchen (Dishwasher, Refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal)
- Laundry in unit (Washer/dryer)
There is also an elevator and stair access, and you will get a single bedroom and share a bathroom with one person.
Furniture included:
- Common room: Two armchairs, couch, coffee table, TV stand, and side table
- Kitchen: Table and four chairs
- Bedroom: Bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk, and side table
