Hey! I’m looking to sublet three bedrooms on Manning Way. All rooms will be available to sublease starting Winter Term and through the Spring semester 2026 (January – May).
There is one master bedroom that has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom; there are two bedrooms that will share a bathroom.
Washing machine and dryer is included.
Furniture can be purchased from current renters. This includes: table, chairs, couch, etc.
The house is a five-minute drive from campus and is not walkable!
Rent is $600 a month plus utilities.
