Health & Wellness
New Arrivals
In order to support a healthy academic year, all new members of the Elon community are required to complete a health screening prior to arriving on campus.
If You are Feeling Ill
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or if you do not pass the daily health screening app, please do not come to campus. Instead, isolate and seek medical consultation. Students should contact Student Health Services at 336-278-7230 or visit their Phoenix Health Portal to schedule an appointment for an evaluation/rapid antigen test, if needed, and follow directions as posted on the Student Health Services website.
Health Check-In
All new students, faculty and staff who join the community are required to complete a health check-in, which includes:
- Completion of Elon’s required COVID-19 testing
- Completion of required health training, including signing of the Healthy Elon Commitment
You will also receive a Ready & Resilient Kit (Elon face covering, hand sanitizer, tissues, information, thermometer, etc.)

Graduate students will receive information via email about their check-in process.
