Sophal Ear, an expert on Cambodia from the Navy Postgraduate School, will be presenting a lecture titled "Cambodia: Fragile Hopes After the Killing Fields" on Tuesday, April 1st at 7:30 pm in Whitley Auditorium. Ear will address issues of historical legacy and justice (including the Khmer Rouge regime) as well as the country's human rights record.
