Female subletter needed spring 2010, only $395/month
We need a female subletter for Spring 2010 in Old Trollinger apartments. Rent is only $395/month including all utilities except cable which is a little under $30/month per person. Two of us are going abroad and we need one more subletter, both of your roommates will be really easy to get along with!
Washer and dryer is included in the apartment and I'm planning to leave my bed, dresser, and desk so it will already be fully furnished (if you would like). Our immediate neighbors are pretty quiet and your classes will be no more than a 5-15 minute walk.
The room will also be open during winter term if you're interested.
