CLASS OF 2008

Patrick Adams is working with Cherry, Bekaert, & Holland in Charlotte, NC.
Daniel Cariello is cycling across the country to support people with disabilities then moving to Washington, D.C. to work for Cambridge Associates.
Kaley Chenot is working as an Assurance Associate for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Florham Park, NJ.
Timothy Davis is attending American University for a Masters in Public Policy and is interning at the National League of Cities.
Josh Fletcher is finalizing a job with Gooch Financial Brokerage (GFI) in New York.
Andrew Kirkland graduated from NC A&T Army ROTC program.  He is serving in the U.S. Army as a 2LT in the branch of Field Artillery.
Kate Kirkpatrick is moving to Washington, D.C. and seeking opportunities.
Eugene Krasnopolsky, cum laude, is attending either Villanova or Cardozo Law JD Program in Fall 2008.
Andrew Gillette is going to Israel this summer as a CAMERA fellow on a journalism assignment.  When he returns, he will pursue a career in finance.
Jamie Hoggard , magna cum laude, is living in Mebane.
Angela Miceli, cum laude, is moving back to the Baltimore / D.C. area to pursue a job.

Thomas Hill (‘07) did an internship this summer with the Vice President of sales at Bio Novix. He has returned to Elon in the fall to play his last season of football while obtaining a Business Administration minor.

Justin Launay ('05) started a company, ZAP Electronics, and opened his first store n Mebane, NC.
Andrew Grout ('05) has recently taken a position with the Jacksonville Suns (AA affiliate for the LA Dodgers).
Megan Green ('05) is the Charlotte Area Coordinator for the North Carolina Air Awareness Program. She works to increase public knowledge about air quality issues (e.g., ground level ozone). She lives in Charlotte, NC.
Carla Madeo (‘05) is working for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as an examiner, where she examines, analyzes and monitors financial, operational and sales practice and compliance conditions of member organizations.

Dee Notartomaso (‘05) is working on her MS in Economic Policy program at Suffolk University.  She also works at Brown Brothers Harriman.
Kathleen Niple ('05) is a CDO analyst at Intex Solutions, Inc.
Nate Huret ('05) recently finished his MA in economic development at Vanderbilt University. He is now working as the Existing Industries Coordinator for the Catawba County Economic Development Corp. In Hickory, NC. He recently married Meredith Moose (Elon Alum).
Alex Lindsay ('05) recently got accepted to UNC-Greensboro and will be pursuing his MA in Economics.

Bret Greene ('03) works as a financial analyst in the Budget Analysis Group at Highwoods Properties in north Raleigh.
Pat Gallagher ('02) accepted a position with Potter Anderson & Corroon, LLP, in the corporate law department and plans to take the Delaware Bar Exam at the end of July.
Mick Marlier ('02) is working in Charlotte as a project manager for Ambra LeRoy Medical Products, LLC, an international medical supply company.
Erin Cunningham ('02) is a project coordinator for the IT company Target Systems in Pennsylvania. She is married and recently had her first child
Darice Fichter ('02) completed the Master's program in Urban Planning at Georgia Tech and is working in Atlanta in urban planning.
Michael Kanner ('02) is a stock broker for Edward Jones. He is running their office in Vero Beach, FL.
Matt Carson ('01) is working in the Institutional Sales Unit of ICMA-Retirement Corporation. He lives in Maryland.
Julianne Treme ('01) is an Assistant Professor of economics at UNC-Wilmington.
Lisa (Fort) Vaughn ('01) is working in North Carolina as the mother of a 9-month old named Sydney. Prior to that she worked for Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals.
Michelle Szmajda (‘00) moved to Captiva, Florida a year ago and is the training manager in the Human Resources department for the LXR hotels of Sanibel and Captiva.
Kira Krapcho (‘00) is working at BB&T and living in Greensboro.
Annie Hoffman ('00) got a job with the Bureau of Labor Statistics as a GS-7 Economist.
Chris Moore ('00) finished his PhD in economics from NC state and has accepted a position with the EPA's National Center for Environmental Economics in DC.
Sam Allen ('99) 
is an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at Virginia Military Institute.  He and his wife, Amy, just had a baby girl, Corinne, this year. Congratulations!  
Walt Lotspeich ('98) has taken a new position as a Relationship Manager for Proxytrust.  He lives in Durham.
Jack Duvall ('93) has received his MA in economics from the New School for Social Research and is working on his PhD.
