Copiers and Copier Repairs

Copier Program - Elon University incorporates a campus wide copier program that utilizes large scale contracting to provide copiers and supplies at minimal cost.  The meter readings for the Ricoh Aficio Multi-function Devices MP C3500 will be collected electronically by the IT Department. There is no other cost to your department for paper or toner.  There is a charge for staples.  Call the Help Desk (ext. 5200) to order toner and/or staples. Please call the Physical Plant at ext. 5500 and place a work order request for copy paper. Your paper will be delivered in a timely manner.

Repairs - (Ricoh Aficio MP C3500 leased Copiers) Call PC Support ext. 5200 for service calls and toner. Have your Ikon identification number ready and the nature of the problem.

Repairs - (All other Copiers) Call Purchasing for copier repair needs and or/ toner. Please be ready to tell us the Ikon identification number and the nature of the problem. We will contact Ikon to schedule repairs.
