Copiers and Copier Repairs

Copier Program - Elon University incorporates a campus wide copier program that utilizes large scale contracting to provide copiers and supplies at minimal cost.  The meter readings for the Ricoh Aficio Multi-function Devices MP C3500 will be collected electronically by the IT Department. There is no other cost to your department for paper or toner.  There is a charge for staples. 

To order toner or staples:

Starting March 6, 2013, you now have the ability to order Ricoh supplies via, Ricoh’s online ordering system. The Technology Help Desk will no longer place orders for Ricoh supplies.

To help in this transition, Campus Technology Support has made training for ordering Ricoh supplies easy and accessible. On March 5, 2013, the Technology Help Desk hosted a Tech Talk @2 that walks users through the registration and ordering process. If you have any problems navigating or utilizing the online ordering system, please contact the Technology Help Desk at 278-5200 or call 1-888-456-6457 to place your order via telephone. Make sure to have the EID number handy, as you will be required to provide it during the ordering process.

Please call the Physical Plant at ext. 5500 and place a work order request for copy paper. Your paper will be delivered to you in a timely manner.

Repairs - (Ricoh Aficio MP C3500 leased Copiers) Call PC Support ext. 5200 for service calls. Have the machine EID number ready and the nature of the problem.
