The Center for Race, Ethnicity & Diversity Education provides graduate school preparation. There is some GRE and LSAT preparation given through the faculty fellow, Crystal Anderson. Dr. Anderson will do some one on one advising as well as hold some meetings regarding graduate school preparation.
Established in 1994, the S.M.A.R.T Mentoring Program offers mentorship opportunties to first-year multicultural students. Upper class peer mentors assist students in making a smooth transition from high school to Elon University. Mentors are also charged with orientating the campus community on the complexity of being a student of diverse populations
