Elon Men’s Club Lacrosse beat the #2 ranked DIII club team in the country, St. John’s (MN), in a Feb. 28 contest.
This was the Elon program’s highest-ranked win in club history. The win was a complete team effort with exceptional offensive contributions from second year transfer Luke Reyes-Guerra-Dunn who tallied up four goals, and Junior Gordon Bailey who had 3 goals.
On March 1, the team played the #5-ranked North Dakota State University and lost in a very close, low scoring game with the final score of 5-4.
The team looks to rebound the first full weekend of March with two home games. The club lacrosse team will host #6 Grove City College on Friday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m. and #19 Lourdes University on Saturday, March 7, at 4 p.m.
