Nethra Venkatesh specializes in economic analysis in the intellectual property and antitrust space. Her background in economic research and advanced data analytics allows her to analyze large and complex datasets to develop rigorous quantitative models.

In intellectual property, Venkatesh analyzes reasonable royalty damages in patent infringement disputes, with particular expertise in royalty setting for Standard Essential Patents in a RAND framework. Her specialization lies in creating complex models to determine the economic value of patents using the conceptual framework of forward citation analysis. These models have been used in successful litigations on behalf of Fortune 100 clients. In antitrust, Venkatesh has applied econometric models to evaluate antitrust issues in merger review and investigation cases.

Her experience spans a variety of industries, including telecommunications, wireless technology, networking equipment, and pharmaceuticals, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.
