Exciting Changes in the Office of Leadership and Professional Development

The Office of Leadership and Professional Development has some exciting changes to announce.

Deirdre Lea has been appointed Staff Liaison to the Office of Leadership and Professional Development (OLPD) and we are thrilled to have her. Deirdre will continue in her position as Human Resources Project Manager, but will now share time with OLPD and act as a liaison working to support department and employee developmental goals. One of Deirdre’s first objectives will be to develop a staff mentoring program.

Mandy Stovall joined us recently as a part-time Program Assistant. Mandy’s warmth, enthusiasm, and expertise are a wonderful addition to our office. Mandy continues to work part-time in the Registrar’s office.

We also have a new office location at 202-D Manning Avenue, which is at the intersection of W. Haggard and Manning. We are diagonally across the street from Human Resources and across the street from Arts West and Print Services. Our new location allows us to have a much larger space that includes a conference room, several offices, a growing Leadership Library, and a small kitchen area. We have numerous parking spaces directly outside our door and the Elon Biobus has a stop right across the street at Arts West. Please stop by and visit us.
