Lakeside Dining Hall: One of our three main dining halls on campus. Global dining hall featuring international stations, street food, tacos on fresh corn tortillas, made-to-order breakfast, salad bars, allergen-friendly options, and house-made desserts. Winter Garden Cafe: Within Winter Garden Cafe, there are three different dining options:
Freshii – Health-minded, counter-serve chain offering tossed-to-order salads, soups, burritos, and more.
Flat Out – Customizable flatbread pizzas made on thin, pre-baked flatbreads like Rustic White or Light Italian Herb. These low-calorie, high-protein crusts are baked quickly for a crispy, personalized meal.
Biscuitville – Family-owned Southern chain specializing in scratch-made breakfast using fresh, local ingredients.
In addition to these options, the café also offers grab-and-go items including sushi, sandwiches, snacks, drinks, and ice cream available in refrigerated sections.
