Faculty pianist Victoria Fischer Faw participated in a concert Saturday, September 18 at the University of Texas at Austin, Texas. The concert featured performers and composers from all over the country who gathered to pay tribute to Danielle Martin, pianist, teacher, colleague and UT music faculty member who passed away last April. Professor Martin was an internationally respected pianist and teacher, protege of Leon Fleischer. Fischer Faw was her student from 1976-1979.
