Larry Rhodes, Sports Turf Manager in the Physical Plant Landscaping department, recently passed a series of examinations and qualifications to become a Certified Sports Turf Manager. Larry, BS Elon ’86, AS NCSU ’91 became only the 59th person in the nation to receive this certification from the Sports Turf Managers Association. He joins an exclusive group of experts who represent the NFL, MLB, colleges and universities.
