WSOE is now accepting applications from everyone for new staff members.
You can be from any major and of any year, and we encourage anyone and everyone to apply.
Available positions:
General manager – oversee all station activities
Business Director – work with the budget, and communicate local businesses to gain sponsorships
Program Dir. – manage the schedule and DJs, and keep music on the air
Promotions Dir. – promote the station and various events on and off campus; communicate with various businesses to get prizes (such as concert tickets) to give away
News Dir. – find and write stories on and off campus to broadcast on the air
Music Dir. – manage all of the music that comes to the station and decide what gets to air
Internet Dir. – manage the WSOE Web site, www.theonlyalternative.com
Sports Dir. – broadcast from multiple Elon athletic events and manage all sports-related content for the station
Personnel Dir. – communicate with all DJs and other members of the staff to keep everyone informed of WSOE activities
Production Dir. – work with great production software to create PSAs, promos and sponsorships to put on the air

General Manager applications are due no later than Friday, November 3. All other applications are due no later than November 13 to the WSOE office.
