Wednesday: Hummus and Veggie Wrap – Green olives, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and hummus served on a pita
Thursday: Turkey Reuben – Sliced turkey with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing served on Rye
Friday: Antipasto Sandwich – Sliced Roast Beef with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, olives, and provolone cheese topped with Italian dressing
