National Women of Color Day is March 1, and the Multicultural Student Council is celebrating this with a reception. The reception will be held in the Multicultural Center on March 1 from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. We will have two faculty guest speakers, Prudence Layne and Chandana Chakrabarti, talk about their experiences as a women of color.
There will be light refreshments.
Don’t forget to wear your Women of Color t-shirt and if you have not purchased one, stop by the Multicultural Center, they are $6.
