Crowe chosen for law faculty seminar

David M. Crowe, professor of German history at Elon University and professor of legal history at the Elon University School of Law, was recently selected as one of 20 law school professors throughout the United States to participate in the two-week 2007 Silberman Seminar for Law Faculty at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. The theme of the seminar is “The Impact and Legacy of the Holocaust on the Law.”

The seminar will be led by Judge Thomas Buergenthal, a member of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, and Dinah Shelton, Patricia Roberts Harris Professor fo Law at the George Washington University School of Law. The seminar is funded by the Curt C. and Else Silberman Foundation.
