Hal Walker, associate professor of leisure and sport management, will present a paper at the North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM) international conference May 30-June 3 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Walker’s paper, “Event Management: from the classroom to the real world-a case study,” outlines the pedagogy related to his LSM 227 event management class. The paper will also be published in the ICHPER.SD Journal of Research in fall 2007.
