Parke Puterbaugh, “Rock and Roll Is Dead and We Just Don’t Know It Yet”

A leading authority on rock music, Puterbaugh visits Elon to discuss the state of popular music and culture. He is a former senior editor for Rolling Stone magazine, for which he wrote for 25 years. He has been a copywriter and curator for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1986. Puterbaugh currently teaches Rock History at Guilford College.
