Learn how to maximize your swimming workout Nov. 13

If you want to learn how to get the most out of your swimming, come out to HydroHype on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 7-8:30 p.m!  This is a great program for swimmers ages 16 and up looking to learn new ways to work out in the water and improve techniques already in use.  This month, training topics will include:

-endurance training
-cardio swimming
-equipment use
-drills that focus on certain muscle groups
-other ways to compliment your swim
