Please join students enrolled in African Art: History and Exhibition on Wednesday, December 5th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Isabella Cannon Room in the Center for the Arts for the opening of their four exhibitions of Elon’s African art collection. Refreshments will be provided.
The four exhibitions include:
Gender in African Art (Isabella Cannon Room)
ARTifact: Function and Form (Isabella Cannon and Moseley Student Center)
Not your Average Housewife: The Roles of Women in African Art (Isabella Cannon Room)
Secrecy: More Than What Meets the Eye (Seminar Room, Arts West and Isabella Cannon Room)
The exhibitions will continue through February 21.
