Residence Life is sponsoring its second annual Recycled Art Competition to promote recycling on campus and show students how easy it is to reuse recycled materials. The competition is being held in conjunction with the Recyclemania contest that Elon is competing in. Teams can use their own recycled materials or pick up recycled materials from the Physical Plant to create a creative art form.
All participants must live on campus. Applications are available in each of the residence area offices and in the main Residence Life office in Moseley 213. Applications must be completed and turned in by 5:00pm on Friday, Feb. 15. Entries will be judged on March 3. The first place team will receive $200, the second place team will receive $150, and the third place team will receive $100.
