John Burbridge, Professor of Business Administration, and Coleman Rich, Lecturer in Business Administration, presented a paper “Supply Chain Management: Past, Present, and Future” on March 12th at the 14th Annual Conference on Industry, Engineering, and Management Systems in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The paper discusses both the history of the concept and future challenges in moving supply chain forward.
