Matthew Valle (Department of Business Administration) recently presented two manuscripts at the 2008 International Conference of the Society for the Advancement of Management in Arlington, Va.
The fist manuscript, “Factors affecting share repurchase decisions and managerial compensation: Innovations in pay-for-performance or disguised managerial opportunism?”, was co-authored with Rober Pavlik, an associate professor of finance.
The second manuscript, “The windfall profits tax – again: The tax policy implications of a failed concept”, was co-authored with Art Cassill, a professor of accounting. Both manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings.
