End of Semester Withdrawal Procedures

Students planning to withdraw at the end of the semester should come by the Office of Student Development (Moseley 206) during normal business hours. The process takes approximately 30 minutes and includes completing a withdrawal form, having a brief exit interview with a member of the student life staff, and obtaining office signatures as appropriate. 

End of semester withdrawals are effective May 27, 2008 after spring term grades are posted. Academic suspension supersede end-of semester withdrawals. Students who need final transcripts should contact the Registrar.

Students who decide to transfer/withdraw during the summer may e-mail their notice of withdrawal to the Office of Student Development at ratliff@elon.edu.
