Elon Law will hold two sessions of summer school this year. Read this note for details...
In the first session (May 27-June 27), the school will offer Criminal
Procedure (Prof. Friedland), Sales (Prof. Kinsler), and Introduction to
Leadership Theory and Practice (Deans Davis and Kantlehner). In the second
session (July 7-August 6), the school will offer Wills and Trusts (Prof.
Kinsler) and Secured Transactions (Dean Woodlief). The school is also
offering a Supervised Service, Research and Writing course (Prof. Friedland)
throughout the summer. While designed primarily for Elon Law students,
students from other law schools may register for summer courses at Elon. For more information on the summer sessions and registration materials, please
