Nicole Triche, an instructor in the School of Communications, will have two of her thesis films shown at 8 p.m. on Sept. 21 at filmSPARK 2008.
filmSPARK is a part of SPARKcon, which is an annual showcase of the creative works of Triangle artists. Triche’s short films—“Experiment 002: Thaumatrope” and “Experiment 003: Wire”—will be screening in downtown Raleigh, N.C.’s, Moore Square.
Triche gained her master’s of fine arts from the University of North Carolina at Greesnboro. She joined the faculty and staff of the School of Communications this year. She also had her short film, “Metacarpus,” shown as a part of the Hi Mom! Film Festival on Sept. 5.
