Workout in the Water this Winter Term!

Join Group Exercise in Belk Pool this January for Hydrofit every Tuesday from 6:15-7:15 p.m. Experience the power of liquid resistance in this fun, effective aquatic workout. This one-hour pool session is packed with aqua-aerobic training, core conditioning, and strength intervals designed to shape and tone the entire body.

Open to anyone with an 08-09 GX pass (get yours today at the front desk of the Campus Recreation Center for $10).
