This is a unique leadership opportunity for returning Elon students. Resident Assistants (RAs) are peer educators responsible for community building in the residence halls. Under the supervision of the professional assistant director staff, RAs develop social and educational programs and serve as a resource for students. Other responsibilities include serving in the nightly duty rotation and assisting with housing-related administrative tasks.
RAs must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and have lived on campus for one semester.
