Do you want to improve your fitness and overall health as spring break approaches? No problem!

Sign up for our five-week program, which is meant to motivate you to improve physical conditioning for the spring semester. Take the opportunity to participate in different areas of Campus Recreation as you try to improve your physical wellness!

You can sign up from Feb. 9-16 in the Fitness Center. Points for participation are tallied in three different areas of Campus Rec: Fitness, Aquatics, and Group Exercise. After five weeks, we tally points for all participants and will have prizes for the top men and women upon their return from Spring Break!
