The Omicron Epsilon chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will offer a book scholarship to be awarded at the 2009 Phillips-Perry Black Excellence Awards Banquet on Saturday, April 25, 2009. The award will be given in the amount of $200 toward textbooks for the Fall 2009 semester. All female, minority students are encouraged to apply.
Requirements include: A minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, campus/community involvement and two short-answer essays.
Applications are located in the Multicultural Center and are due by April 10, 2009.
