It’s that time of year again. Elon Outdoors will be venturing down to Charlotte to visit the USNWC (U.S National Whitewater Center) on Saturday, May 9. On this trip, participants will be able to raft down class 3 and 4 rapids, rock climb a 40-foot outdoor wall, and coast down the facility’s new zip line. The cost of this trip will be $30 and will cover your park admission, transportation to and from Charlotte, and lunch on May 9. This is one of Elon Outdoors’ biggest trips of the year so there are a few things you should know…
Sign ups will begin at noon outside of the Campus Rec building. All applicants will be asked to arrive with $30 (in cash, check, or Phoenix Cash) and must be present to have your name put on the list. This trip will only take 21 participants so be sure to get there early.
