Gabie Smith, associate professor psychology, published a research article in the most recent volume of the International Journal of Sexual Health. The article, “Women’s perceptions of alcohol-related sexual disinhibition: Personality and sexually-related alcohol expectancies,” describes a focus group study conducted with college-age women. Jennifer Toadvine and Alison Kennedy, both Elon alums, coauthored the paper.
