Communications instructor Nicole Triche's short film "Thaumatrope" will be a part of the 20th Annual St. John’s International Women's Film Festival in Canada.
The experimental film features preserved birds from the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences’ collection and rescued birds of prey from the Carolina Raptor Center. “Thaumatrope” will be screened on Oct. 23 from 5-7 p.m. at The Rooms.
