Charlie Remy ’07 to be on radio show discussing Asperger’s syndrome

Charlie Remy ’07, a double major in Spanish and Women’s and Gender Studies while at Elon, will be a guest on a live Boston radio call-in program Sunday night when he talks about his experience with Asperger’s syndrome, a high-functioning form of autism.

Remy, now finishing his master’s in library and information science at Simmons College, and three others from the Asperger’s Association of New England will be featured on WBZ News Radio 1030’s program “The Jordan Rich Show” from 11 p.m. to midnight on Nov. 15, 2009.

Remy was diagnosed with Asperger’s a few years ago and is very active in the association.
