Elon retains #1 ranking for study abroad

Elon University remains the nation’s top-ranked master’s-level university for study abroad programs in the 2009 Open Doors report by the Institute of International Education.

The annual Open Doors report ranks colleges and universities by the number and percentage of students who participate in international study. More than 70 percent of Elon students study abroad at least once during their time at the university.

Elon sent 1,115 students abroad in 2007-2008, up from 1,063 in 2006-2007.
