From the Charlotte Observer (11/25/09): When the Charlotte City Council authorized the city to spend $400,000 to secure options to buy property at Eastland Mall, all debate and voting took place in private, during closed sessions.

From ABCNews.com (11/25/09): The state of North Carolina has hired a California company to create an archive system designed to manage and retrieve state employee e-mails more easily.

The MBA Program is forming an MBA Student & Alumni Consulting Group that will focus on not-for-profit organizations. The goal of this group is to provide a wide range of business consulting services to not-for-profits from the home communities of MBA students and alumni from the Triad to the Triangle.
