Join Adopt-a-Grandparent!
Interest meeting: Wednesday, January 20, at 7 p.m. in Moseley 216.
Adopting a grandparent does not mean you are required to have a weekly commitment to spend time with one “grandparent.” You can certainly have a one-on-one experience, but you can also volunteer for group and other activities as your schedule allows.
Volunteering with the elderly is important because it not only provides them (many of whom have few visitors) with companionship and something to look forward to, but you can also learn a lot from their life experiences.
