Interested in learning about Pro Tools audio editing software through a hands-on workshop? If you’re an Elon Communications student or simply interested in learning more about cutting-edge audio software this workshop is for you!
In this introductory workshop users will explore the basics of ProTools Audio Systems. Topics such as file management, starting a session, importing audio, sound editing, and recording will be covered in this two-hour session. Upon completion, users will be able to creatively operate Pro Tools audio systems to record voice-overs, and edit audio.
The Intro to Pro Tools workshop is being offered on Tuesday, February 16 from 7:30-9:30pm in McEwen 002. To attend please register by clicking the link to the right.
Once you have attended the introduction to Pro Tools workshop you will be able to attend the Pro Tools Level 2 workshop on Tuesday, February 23 from 7:30-9:30pm in McEwen 008 (Attendance at the Intro to Pro Tools workshop is required in order to attend Pro Tools Level 2 workshop). Upon completion of the Pro Tools Level 2 workshop you will have access to Elon’s audio production facilities in McEwen.
