Become a facilitator for the Elon Challenge Course and help organizations go beyond their perceived boundaries to recognize group and individual strengths while having fun. A facilitator’s role is more than just taking a group out on the ropes course to have fun; it extends through the growth and learning groups experience during their time on the course.
Applications are available in the Center for Leadership, located in 224 Moseley Center.
