From the Charlotte Observer (2/17/10): Mecklenburg County's online property records are a hit with residents trying to track bad landlords, delinquent taxpayers or home values.

More than 60 Elon MBA students, alums and faculty came out to the third annual Cocktails & A Musical event on Saturday, February 13, at the McCrary Theatre. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres were followed a performance of the musical “110 in the Shade.” The evening was sponsored by the Elon MBA Student-Alumni Association.

The Center for Leadership will be hosting a series of events this month during its 2nd annual LEADStrong week to celebrate leadership within the Elon University community. The week recognizes various aspects of leadership that Elon leaders exemplify on campus.

Fourteen Exercise Science students attended the Southeast American College of Sports Medicine meeting Feb. 11-13 in Greenville, N.C. Exercise Science faculty Barry Beedle, Wally Bixby, Joyce Davis, Eric Hall, Paul Miller and Health and Human Performance faculty member Liz Bailey also attended the conference.
