Jessie Moore and Michael Strickland, both members of the Department of English, contributed a chapter on taking student writing public to the collection Going Public: What Writing Programs Learn from Engagement, edited by Shirley K Rose and Irwin Weiser for Utah State University Press.
Their chapter, “Wearing Multiple Hats: How Campus WPA Roles can Inform Program-Specific Public Writing Designs,” examines how their roles as writing program administrators shape their efforts to include multiple opportunities for public writing for students in the Professional Writing and Rhetoric concentration of the English Major.
