The junior Periclean Scholars will be hosting a Community Carnival Day that will be held on April 24 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. The carnival will be held in Thataway’s Youth Center, which is right next to Burlington Parks and Recreation Center.
This day will be filled with food, games, prizes, music, and a great time for family and friends to come together. More specifically, we will have a moon bounce, pizza, face painting and different game stations. This day will be fun for all ages!
The proceeds of this carnival will contribute to the Environmental Leadership Conference that we will be facilitating next January in Sri Lanka as well as to the development of the three schools that we are partnered with.
