Guest speaker Susan Richardson will be giving a presentation on business etiquette Thursday, April 29, 4:15 pm in KOBC 346.
Richardson’s program will cover business etiquette basics. She’ll be discussing proper greetings, telephone and correspondence etiquette, first impressions and proper dress, and tips on business entertaining and how to avoid common mistakes.
Richardson is founder of Etiquette Essentials, a Wisconson-based company that provides training to clients such as Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson as well as small businesses and professional organizations.
This program is open to all business students.
