The Society of Professional Journalists will hold its annual national conference from Oct. 3-5 at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
2010 alumni Morgan Little, Randy Gyllenhaal and Drake Springer all won national first-place awards from SPJ, which will be handed out at a convention luncheon. Little won for Online Commentary, and Gyllenhaal and Springer won for General News Reporting.
